Tina Crittenden
Tina Crittenden Founder & CEO
Tina Crittenden has over 38 years of military and law enforcement experience, with a passionate for working with young scholars. As a former DARE Police Officer with the Houston Independent School District with over 200,000 students, she was assigned to the Community Outreach Responsive Engagement Unit (C.O.R.E.), her role as a CORE member to implement programs, workshops, and safety education classes within the school district. She served as a HISD police youth summer camp coordinator, providing students with safety education, life skills, team building, and physical awareness during the two weeks program. She has delivered 100’s of safety presentations to the students, parents, and communities.

Tina Crittenden holds an Associate of Science- Criminal Justice (A.S.), a Bachelor of Science-Integrated Studies (B.S.), she also received Mental Health, Training Instructor, DARE Instructor, and Accreditation Certifications.

Angela Laster- Crittenden has over 35 years of law enforcement and consulting as a law enforcement professional with a passion for “excellence in policing, she has been instrumental in achieving Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) for Police departments in Georgia and Texas. She was formerly the Assistant Chief of Police at Morehouse College and initiated the origination of a full-service police agency. She served as a Special Investigator for the State of Texas Department and Family Protector Services Agency as a Training Instructor. She has assisted non-profit organizations and small businesses with start-up, business plans, grants, trademarks, incorporations, employee identification number (EIN), and for Non-Profit 501(c) (3) applications.

Angela Laster- Crittenden holds a Bachelor (BS)-Criminal Justice & Social/Behavioral Sciences, and Master (M.Ed.- Applied Digital Learning), and she has received Master Training Instructor, Accreditation Manager, Executive Management and Grant Managements Certifications.
